CareX is an AI-powered solution that transforms any camera-equipped device into a vitals monitoring system. By leveraging advanced physics, signal processing, and explainable AI, CareX enables users to measure vital signs such as heart rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation levels. Designed for versatility, the app can be used in various settings, including hospitals, remote medical setups, elderly care facilities, and rural communities.

Challenge
CareX faced challenges that impacted user adoption and data accuracy. The primary issue was user dropouts, caused by difficulties in correctly positioning the camera, leading to inaccurate or incomplete readings. This problem was prevalent among elderly users and those in environments with poor lighting or limited access to high-quality devices. Additionally, as a new player in the health-tech industry, CareX needed to establish credibility and trust with its users.
